About The Event
We will meet at the trailhead at 9:00 am. Plan to bring work gloves, knee pads (if desired), and a hammer or small mallet for handling poultry wire cages and for driving bamboo stakes to anchor the cages around the plants. Bring a full, refillable water bottle and dress in layers for the weather. There are vault toilets at the trailhead. We will be working within a short walk from the trailhead. The project is suitable for volunteers of all ages. Please list the names of any other participants in the "Want to leave a comment?" section of the registration form.
