About The Event
Join us for a short neighborhood walk and a ride on the local bus system. Together, we’ll see firsthand how our streets and transit work for people of all ages and abilities—and where challenges and opportunities for improvement exist.
This guided activity will highlight what it’s like to navigate everyday trips without driving, helping us better understand the barriers faced by community members who rely on walking and public transportation.
What to Expect:
A ride on a local SunTran bus route (30 Minutes)
A short, accessible neighborhood walk (~.5 mile)
Informal discussion along the way
